Real estate has always been a passion of mine. In 2009 I got my salesperson license and I have been learning as much as I can about real estate ever since. After I got my salesperson license I began to pursue my Masters Degree in Business Administration from the UW Oshkosh, which I attained in 2013 I enjoy the people side of real estate but also have expert knowledge in all things business. This serves my clients well. Previously I worked in the healthcare industry full time until I decided to put both my real estate and business knowledge to use and work full time for Exit Greater Realty. In 2018 I attained my real estate Brokers license and opened my own EXIT office serving the "Midstate" of Wisconsin, EXIT Midstate Realty. With my background in the medical sector and business management,
I love to look at homes with my clients and determine what is important to them in their search for their dream home. By determining what is important to them we are able to search for houses together and narrow down the possibilities a lot quicker. Its important to me that each and every one of my clients find their dream home. Another important part of being a Realtor is helping clients sell their homes. Its important to have a trusting relationship with your Realtor and you should know that when you sign me as your Realtor I will do all I can to help you sell your house as quickly as possible. I am also a great communicator with my clients. You can rest assured that if you sign me as your agent I will be in touch with your every step of the way with the sale of your home.
Because real estate is a passion for me, I do not see it as a "job". Its a great feeling to help my clients either find the perfect home or sell their current home. Please don't be afraid to contact me with any questions you might have about your current home, or your search for a new home. Jodi
